Soooo let me start off by saying I went thru every single review on this hair before I brought it!!! Ok now let me tell u Bay-Bae this is the best hair I have purchased from Aliexpress EVER!!! I purchased it in the color natural black.. Then I bleached it and dyed it this enchanting burgundy and when I tell u it came out PERFECT!!! Huh I mean perfect!!! I used a silicone conditioner overnight and the softness is unbelievable!!! Now my only complaint is the closure is not full enough for me to achieve the desired look I was going for but no worries I am taking that part off and redoing it another way!!! But honey over all it is great!!! The customer service is what I gave the extra star for they were very kind..
