I purchased tape-in extensions from this company less than a month ago, and I am extremely disappointed. The hair quickly became rough, hard to manage, and completely unlike what was advertised. Their website clearly states the extensions can be dyed, which was one of the main reasons I bought them. Yet when the quality declined almost immediately, the company tried to shift the blame onto me for dyeing them — despite them promoting that feature.

I reached out multiple times for support, only to be offered tiny partial refunds (starting at 8% and “generously” moving up to 20%) instead of a real solution. For a product that cost me much more, that’s insulting. I asked for either a full refund or a replacement, but they flat-out refused.

Be warned: if you buy from this company, don’t expect them to stand behind their products. They’ll point to “policy” and leave you stuck with extensions that don’t last.
